Successful funding application

The news are in: our proposal titled “Music of the Indeterminate Place: telematic performance and composition intersecting physical and network spaces” was awarded a 3-year artistic research grant from the Swedish Research Council! This will support a very substantial amount of hyperorgan and networked music performance work at Luleå University of Technology with international collaborations with other organ halls and research institutions. We will build upon the work we’ve been doing at the GEMM))) Gesture Embodiment and Machines in Music research cluster since 2019, including the performances of the TCP/Indeterminate Place global hyperorgan quartet and the gesture-organ interactions developed in collaborations Opera Mecatronica. There will be networked organs sounds!
